Welcome to Sportz Moms (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from our website (https://shopsportzmoms.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Use

  • This Site is owned and operated by Sportz Moms LLC.

  • By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any posted policies regarding orders and payments.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.

2. Products & Custom Orders

  • Many of our products are customized with team logos, names, numbers and photos.

  • Once a design is approved or an order is placed for a custom item, it CANNOT be canceled, changed or refunded.

  • Please check all sizes, spelling, and details before submitting an order. Sportz Moms is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. Team Shops

  • Team shops are created for specific groups, schools or organizations.

  • All sales from team shops are final, unless a product is defective or incorrect.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, but shipping times are NOT GUARANTEED.

  • Sportz Moms is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Sportz Moms products (including team shop orders, jerseys and personalized items) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.

6. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (logos, images, product designs and text) is the property of Sportz Moms or our partners.

  • You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sportz Moms is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake City, Utah.
